Payment
We offer the following payment methods:
Credit card (Mastercard, VISA), Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, iDEAL, Klarna.
Once we have received your payment, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If you have not received an order confirmation, please first check your spam folder. If you cannot find the email there either, please contact our Customer Care Team at: hello@badesofa.de
The refund will be made using the payment method you selected. As soon as the refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email. Returns are processed and refunded within 14 working days. If it should take longer, we kindly ask for your understanding. After 14 days, please contact our Customer Care Team with your tracking number.
Order

As soon as your package has been handed over to DHL, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number by email.
Unfortunately, exchanges for a smaller or larger size are only possible by placing a new order in the shop. If you would like to change the color while keeping the same size, please email us your order number and desired color at hello@badesofa.de. Our Customer Care Team will get back to you shortly.
Please contact our Customer Care Team at hello@badesofa.de as soon as possible. We will try to correct any incorrect details or cancel the order. Our warehouse operates independently of our office hours. We kindly ask for your understanding if cancellations are no longer possible because the parcel has already been dispatched.
Shipping
Shipping is free of charge for orders with an order value of €199 / CHF 199 or more. For orders under €199, a shipping fee of €4.99 applies within Germany. For the remaining shipping countries (EU countries and non-EU countries), for an order value under €199 / CHF 199, a shipping fee of €9.99 / CHF 9.99 applies.
We ask for your understanding that, for deliveries to countries outside the EU, customs duties may apply and therefore additional costs may arise for you. The amount of the customs costs depends on the value of your order. Please understand that we do not cover these costs.
No customs duties are incurred for shipments to Switzerland.
Island deliveries: Additional charges may apply and will be billed separately.
For deliveries to Switzerland, no additional customs duties apply. We cover these in full. Orders of CHF 199 or more are shipped free of charge.
We ship to Switzerland via the service provider "Mein Einkauf
Your order will be dispatched immediately. The delivery time within Germany is 1–3 working days, within the EU approx. 3–5 working days.
We will inform you of any different delivery times on the product pages or during the ordering process.
Due to the size of our parcels, we do not recommend delivery to parcel stations.
As soon as your parcel has been handed over to DHL, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number by email.
We offer express shipping with DHL. You can select this option during checkout. Please note that DHL Express does not offer Saturday delivery.
Please first check your shipping confirmation. On the DHL website, you can find detailed information about the exact location of your parcel. You are also welcome to contact our Customer Care Team at hello@badesofa.de, and we will be happy to help you track your delivery status.
We ship DHL parcels within Europe. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact our Customer Service at hello@badesofa.de.
Freight shipments are currently available to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Italy, and Spain. If you have any questions, please also contact our Customer Service at hello@badesofa.de.

Our parcel deliveries are handled exclusively by DHL & DHL Express. We kindly ask for your understanding that we can not accommodate individual requests regarding the carrier.
Larger shipments are delivered by freight forwarding.
Yes, we deliver to the UK for a minimum order value of €180. We do not cover any customs duties or fees that may apply to your shipment; these must be paid by you. Due to Brexit, it is unfortunately not possible to return goods to us from the UK. Please take this into account when placing your order.

Return
Our standard return period is 30 days.
For deliveries by freight forwarding, the return period is also 30 days. Please note, however, that you can arrange the return with a provider of your choice or ask us for assistance. We do not cover the costs for returns by freight forwarding. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Care Team at hello@badesofa.de.

Returns
For deliveries via DHL/DHL Express, we offer free returns for the following countries: Germany, Austria, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Sweden, and Denmark.
If you request a return through our returns portal, you will receive a prepaid return label.
For orders from Switzerland, a prepaid return label is included.
If we do not cover the return costs for your country, please send your goods back to our logistics partner:

We do not accept returns of used BADESOFAs. However, you are welcome to test your BADESOFA in the bathtub without water. This way, you can immediately see whether it provides the desired comfort for you.
Please note that we have attached a hygiene tag to our products. This tag must still be on the product when returning it and indicates whether it has been in contact with water.
Warranty
Of course, our products come with a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase.
Material and manufacturing defects.
Clearly excluded from the warranty are, for example, improper use or incorrect cleaning.
We are very sorry that you are experiencing a problem with one of our products.
If your claim comes from one of the following countries, you can register it through our returns portal.
(valid for claims from: Germany, Austria, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Sweden, Denmark).
Our Customer Care Team will then get in touch with you.
If your country is not listed, please send us your order number and a picture of the item. We will review your claim immediately and get back to you.

Gift Cards
You have the option to purchase gift cards.
The gift cards are valid for 3 years and can be applied to both discounted and non-discounted products.
Please note: The purchase of gift cards is excluded from discount promotions.
The gift card code can be entered and redeemed at checkout in the field “Gift card and discount code.”
As a special service, we currently send out a small mini cushion in addition to our online gift cards upon request (while stocks last).
This gives you a first impression of the look and feel of the BADESOFA and increases the anticipation for the recipient.

S – Allrounder: fits into any bathtub (60 cm x 50 cm x 20 cm)
M – Square: for wider bathtubs, possibly with a square-shaped interior (60 cm x 60 cm x 20 cm)
L – Lounge: for wide and deep (freestanding) bathtubs (80 cm x 60 cm x 20 cm)
2-piece set: combines the comfort of back and foot cushions
3-piece set: combines the comfort of back, foot, and seat cushions

In addition, we recommend placing the BADESOFA bathtub cushion in the tub without water first to test it.

The materials we use are perfectly adapted to the climatic conditions in the sauna and withstand the temperatures there without releasing harmful substances.
For our SAUNA collection, we use organic cotton and recycled plastic.
The waffle piqué cover, made of high-quality organic cotton, is particularly absorbent due to its structure. All components of the SAUNASOFA are air-permeable and breathable.
Care Instructions
Care routine:
1. Allow the BADESOFA to dry completely after use.
2. Wash the inner cushion in the washing machine (up to 60°C) after 4–6 uses, but make sure to select a low spin speed (600–800 rpm).
3. Wash the cushion cover in a gentle cycle or hand wash program as needed.
4. Small surface stains can be removed with a sponge and a mild household cleaner.
The BADESOFA is equipped with mold- and mildew-resistant properties in both the cover and the inner cushion. To maintain these properties in the long term, correct care is essential. Improper care may impair the resistance against mold and mildew.
Magic Dry function – The BADESOFA bathtub cushion can simply remain in the bathtub after bathing. Thanks to the inner cushion made of 3D mesh, water drains off freely and independently, while air can circulate inside. This allows the BADESOFA to dry quickly. It is important that all BADESOFA cushions are placed upright when drying.
Care routine:
We recommend allowing all components of the SAUNASOFA to dry thoroughly after use. The cover is machine washable at 40°C.
Before washing, please turn the cover inside out and close the zipper. After washing, pull the cover into shape while damp or iron it to make it easier to put back on.
The inlay of the head cushion can also be washed in the washing machine at 60°C. After washing, put the cover back on.
Magic Dry function – The POOLSOFA® can simply remain on the terrace after getting wet. Thanks to the inner cushion made of 3D mesh, water drains freely and independently from the mattress and cushions, while air can circulate inside. This allows the POOLSOFA to dry quickly and on its own. The outer fabric is also treated to resist mildew and mold. Place the cushion next to the mattress for drying and turn it to ensure it dries from all sides.
Surface dirt can usually be removed with a sponge and a mild household cleaner.
