I. Newsletter Registration Competitions

1. Organizer/Contact
The organizer of the competitions on the Facebook and Instagram page “BADESOFA” is Badesofa Interior Design GmbH, Friesenstr. 50, D-50670 Cologne, Germany. You can contact us at hello@badesofa.de. All further information according to § 5 TMG can be found in the Imprint.

2. Eligibility
All natural persons who are at least 18 years of age are eligible to participate.
Employees of BADESOFA® Interior Design GmbH, its agents, legal successors, and representatives, as well as all advertising agencies involved in organizing or conducting the competition, including their family and household members, are excluded from participation.
Each participant may only enter the competition once. It is strictly prohibited to use multiple email addresses or multiple Facebook profiles to increase chances of winning.

3. Costs
Participation in the competition is free of charge.

4. Participation Period
Participation is only possible within the specified period. Entries received after the deadline will not be considered for the draw.

5. Selection and Announcement of Winner(s)
Winners will be determined after the participation deadline through a random draw among all participants. If the competition is linked to a task, only participants who have correctly completed the task will be included in the draw. Unless otherwise stated in the competition post, winners will be chosen by lot. The announcement of the winner(s) will be made via email.

6. Prize Delivery
The prize, as described in the competition description, will be sent without additional costs, unless otherwise explicitly stated in the competition description.

7. Liability for Submitted Entries/Images
Entries, comments, and images submitted as part of the competition must not contain illegal content, in particular no criminal content (e.g., offensive or false information), and must not infringe on the rights of third parties, especially personality rights (e.g., right to one’s own image) or copyright and industrial property rights (e.g., trademark rights). BADESOFA reserves the right to delete such submissions and exclude the sender from participation. By participating, the entrant confirms that the submitted entries, comments, and images do not violate these conditions.

8. Disruptions of the Competition
The organizer reserves the right to change, adapt, or prematurely terminate the competition if circumstances arise that make such a step necessary. Manipulation and misuse of the competition are strictly prohibited. The organizer accepts no liability for technical problems occurring during registration or during the winner notification process.

9. Data Protection
The address data required to send the prize will be stored and processed exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition. Storage and/or transfer for advertising purposes does not take place. Otherwise, the data protection regulations apply: Privacy Policy.

10. Severability Clause
Should any provision of these terms of participation be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. Instead of the invalid provision, the legally permissible regulation shall apply that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision. The same applies in the case of a gap in these terms of participation.
